The amount CMP is billing me bears NO relation, whatsoever, to the amount of electricity used. They must be held accountable. Until they can show that they're capable of providing reasonable service at a reasonable rate, no increase of those rates should be permitted.

CMP has continually cheated the customers it is supposed to serve and made slaves of us with their billing mistakes, excessive chatges, service charges and horrible customer service. They only serve themselves and their shareholders.
