new filters - you removed so much material from the old filters they were collapsing on themselves so you wrapped them in hard plastic ! also the cigarettes have so little tobacco in them you can't tell if the pack is full or half empty . time to change brands !

I'm able to deal with the filters, but they aren't as good as the original ones. Try smoking NEXT, they taste almost the same and are half the price

Ya these guys are idiots this is only to save money from their end. Me and my friends switched for two months no more dumaurier, these idiots think changing it every few years is good for some reason

Absolutely horrible! Been smoking these for well over 10 years. Another lost customer here unless a change is made.

The new filters made me so sick that I had to change brands. If they come back to the way they were before I will return to DuMaurier but until then I will never smoke another DuPlus filter again!

when did my cigarettes filter grow a vagina? or is it a butthole? because the smokes sure taste like crap now, i will be switching brands, and making sure it is not made by Dumaurier or distributed by Imperial. as a long time loyal consumer of your product for over 22yrs at 2packs a day, i feel tricked into buying these last three cartons at one time that i cannot get refunded for or an exchange on.

Oh yeah...forgot to mention both the comments and the letter sent to me by DuMarier... they assured me it was the exact same blend of tobacco and implied any difference was all in my head?!! Only ones with something wrong with their heads is DuMarier trying to convince me it's the same...and in same breath tell me how it's different but better. They must be using the same spin doctors as prez bush did and feel we're as stupid and or gullible as the americans were in regards to weapons of mass destruction... some of we Canadians actually retained some stuff in school and know when were being fed a load of bull.

Am I the only guy who remembers a cigarette called VANTAGE that's symbol was a bulls-eye type circle on front representing the hole in the filter? They stole a big market share...for about 3 months...once the novelty wore off and people realized how crappy they actually tasted. First their sales stopped and I believe it was under a year & they were gone altogether. I've been addicted to almost everything under the sun at some time in my life...but cigs were the one substance I couldn't shake till now. I take brand loyalty VERY SERIOUSLY and after being given a product I've been strung out on this long at the price of $16+ a pack at some locations (yeah I paid it at places no one in their right mind buys to get the old stock they still had with good filters) you don't take it away from me and expect me to go quietly on my way. I'd love to join a class action suit and feel I deserve at least half my money back I've spent on this brand in last 20 years! I'm prepared to go cold turkey and stay quit for life just to prove a point...YOU DON'T MESS WITH A MANS ADDICTIONS! If I'm going to give a bad habit up I'll do so when I choose to...it's like we all committed a felony and are being sent to jail...cause they take your smoking privileges away then too. I really feel that the company needs to be held accountable for this action.

What a dumb idea, do not taste like they should. Mcdonalds are happy I guess. Cause now I am buying 1 pack per day of export a. When I was buying dumaurier for 30 plus years. Dumb dumb dumb.
