I have allready switched, 4 cartons a week is what they are losing between my wife and I. I tryed to contact Du Maurier about the filter change and they did't reply at all. I say screw them.

I hate these “new” cigarettes. The pull is so much harder to take now, the taste seems different, and they burn quicker. Probably will be changing to a different make after 20 some years of smoking dumaurier king size! Big fail!!

Bought as many cartons as I could of the red ones with the filters with the centres cutt out. New tip filters are absolutely garbage and make the cigarettes seem completely different. I see a lot of people switching to something else over this. I know I will.

Terrible taste comparing to the old ones. The new filter is longer so the KS are now the same as the regular ones. They burn faster and they taste really bad. I start smoking 28 years ago and my first brand was DuMaurier extra-light king size.... The taste was very good and was still good until 2007 when Imperial Tobacco in Montreal close their factory and open a new one in Mexico. So they now producing bad quality products with bad quality tobacco and pay less for the people who work for them. All the brands from Imperial Tobacco now taste bad. They change all the packaging, messing up with the Player's package as well. This company should close. They exploit their workers and don't care about their consummers.

This is Hilarious!! Bought a pack to to see what the fuss was about ( I used to smoke Du Maurier, but switched to a cheap brand after taxes on them went through the Roof). They taste just like they used to, they don't "burn" your mouth and they don't taste like ass at the end of the cigarette like the old ones did when the filter got filled with Tar. Du Maurier is right it is in your heads!!!
