This is an area heavily travelled by families and high school drivers. So many accidents have happened here or close by. A change needs to happen.

I live on Seminary and have had close calls turning right onto Dulaney Valley northbound many times due to cars speeding on Dulaney Valley. I think maybe there should be no right turn on red there?

The excessive speed by motorists traveling on Dulaney Valley Road is simply ridiculous. You can hear the loud exhaust from trucks/sports cars/motorcycles as they race up and down Dulaney Valley Rd. They need to do something now!

Crossing Delaney Valley Rd is required to get to a very popular hiking/running/cycling trail. There are dangerous pedestrian situations all over the County that should be fixed, so this particular intersection is an excellent beginning.
