Agree with all of the items suggested. I would also suggest a crosswalk with walk/don’t walk timers and signage. As others have stated, there’s a lot of bike and pedestrian traffic as the reservoir is a great recreational resource.

Just today someone was flying over the hill and almost wiped out two cars . Pedestrians with kids and pets and bikes cross here to go into the park someone will be killed needlessly . Please help make this busy intersection safe

Totally in favor of trying to curb these accidents - Dulaney Valley Rd, Pot Spring Rd. Anyway possible, since speeding is out of control!

I live in Hampton and have seen my share of horrible accidents at this intersection. Please help make this a safer intersection. People cross here to get to the trail also. Way too much speeding.

I have almost been hit not once but twice in this intersection. Both times I was coming across seminary and a large truck ran the red light. If i had not slammed on my brakes I would not be here today to write this!

The speed limit on Dulaney Valley is 40 mph, yet it is a residential area. Drivers regularly go 50+ on this stretch. I know because if I’m going 40 or 42, every other car is flying past me. It has become a speedway. There are driveways that open directly onto this street. Something must be done to slow

Having lobbied and fought local county govt and traffic engineers for years about a roundabout at Providence and Southwick, modifications to the intersection of Dulaney Valley Rd and Seminary is of the utmost urgency. A young beautiful girl nearly lost her life there last week. There are a litany of accidents, many deadly at that intersection. Time for change. Please consider a roundabout at Dulaney Valley and Seminary for traffic calming and speed reduction. Thank you!
