How can we busk and share music with no money to pay for a license

we need more music and less shops in the c.b.d. the likes of brown thomas and marks and spencer do nothing for our country or the people.

I've experienced the amazing privilege of busking in the El Dorado of street performing and I can tell you, it really is one of the best things you can encounter and live!
Good luck from Italy, I hope to come back there and join busking again!

Lets fight to keep this kind of artistic expression on the streets. On a recent weekend trip to Dublin I was so impressed by the quality of the acts on the street it saddened me to hear from one of the performers that the city authorities see no value in what these artists do, and what it adds to a small city like Dublin.
