I can't agree with paying money for an insurance with no coverage for people who really needed it even in emergency situations, today it's my friends and tomorrow it can be me, so i strongly disagree with the university's soft stans towards alpha insurance companies bad actions.

It's infuriating to be forced to sign onto an insurance system that does not serve our needs with the threat of revoking our student status. When we voice legitimate concerns, they are mocked and deleted rather than used as what they are: concerns that need to be addressed and used to improve services or find better options.

I’ve had to go to the hospital multiple times myself and was never able to procure any benefits.

As I know there are cases where this insurance was of no use to the students. And I paid my 1 year payment already but if I am not going to get any use of it then I want the money back to I can take any useful insurance.

With all respects, it's the responsibility of the university to stand for the students rights and we don't wanna waste this much money for no reason!
