Whereas loud and persistent industrial noise is disruptive to the well-being of people living in its vicinity and is in some cases deleterious to their health, we the undersigned residents of Dryden,
in order
to protect the right of Dryden residents to quiet enjoyment of
our property,
to safeguard our health and well-being, and further,
to preserve the rural, agricultural, and quiet residential character
of Dryden,
request that the Town Board of Dryden enact an ordinance to regulate noise associated with industrial activities.

Need some peace and quiet in this neighborhood. Totally behind this.
Finally!! Its loud as heck over here and nobody seems to care. Do it.
Ridiculous how loud they get at 3am. My windows actually rattle.
I havent had a good nights sleep in months because of the noise. Why are they allowed to just keep it up all night long?
Living right against this zone has been a nightmare for my kids. The constant hum is driving us crazy. Something needs to change asap.

Enough is enough. Quiet hours for business too. We pay taxes to live here not to live next to a jet engine.
