My signature both digital or otherwise affirms that I am a homeowner or legally authorized representative of a unit within Society Hill @ Droyers Point. It also affirms that I am executing my right per the association by-laws and the New Jersey Condominium Act to take the following immediate actions as outlined below:

1. I demand immediate removal of all current and appointed Droyers Point board members. Those members include but are not limited to Morris Frydman, Justin Chen, & Prashanth Vasan.
     a. Immediate removal is defined as the removal of the above noted board members immediately following the receipt and verification of this petition and no later than 24 hours after confirmed receipt of this petition.
     b.  Removal of all board members includes those currently seated in positions as well as any member appointed to any vacancy by the members listed.

2. I demand a special election to be held within 45 days of receipt of this petition. The special election will serve to fill all vacant board positions (5 in total).
     a. The association attorney and management agent must request and collect candidate bios within 15 days of receipt of this petition
     b. The association attorney and management agent must present candidate bios along with an official ballot to the homeowners within 30 days of receipt of this petition
     c. The official election and ballot count must take place 45 days after receipt of this petition.
     d. All ballots are to include a return envelope and are to be remitted sealed to a lock box or authorized agent of the association. No open, loose, or otherwise un-sealed ballots may be accepted nor shall it count to achieve a quorum unless remitted in person by a verified homeowner at the special election.

3. During the 45 day special election period a 3 member committee will be established for the purpose of handling any emergency issues within the community. An emergency is defined as an immediate threat to life and property.  Or an immediate response to acts to severe weather and weather related issues.
     a. The special committee will be comprised of the members of the current covenants committee.
     b. The special committee will have the ability to authorize any emergency response within the community.
     c. The special committee will oversee the special election process and assist the managing agent and attorney during the 45 day election window. The special committee will serve as the de-facto board until a quorum can be reached during the special election

Our intents as homeowners are clearly stated and we expect immediate and appropriate action to be taken.  Should the board, managing agent, and or legal representative not comply or delay this process outside that of which has been requested, our signature below affirms that the homeowners undersigned have the right to obtain legal council at the associations expense in order to ensure this petition be carried out as described.
