One assumes that the name "Yeshiva" makes it safe from this heresy. Apparently not.

This is such a flagrant disregard for the words of G-d given to us in the Torah. Drop Yeshiva, as you can no longer honestly state that is what you are representing.

I am saddened and appalled that we have come to this point, where the secular tumah has become so pervasive that an institution that has always touted its adherence to Torah has caved and now looks no different than any other educational system in America. Will they only recognize their mistake when students from within their school begin organizing pro-Palestinian protests?!? They have no more shmira. My H-shem have rachmanus on all of us and bring the geula.

What a disgrace they brought upon themselves. As harsh as it may sound I will it say it: this miserable, self-afflicted institution by keeping the honorable title of Yeshiva will not be any better than a Khazir.

This is how the reform movement began - Haskala and "higher education". See where it leads to?

As a student in YU graduate school it disturbed me when professors would call variou institutions and say “I am calling from Yeshiva and would like to arrange a visit for Saturday”. While they were accepting that religious students would not participate, it still felt like a chillis Hashem. The current issue is even bigger. I think a name change is a good idea. There can still be a Yeshiva stream in the college.

This petition is long overdue. Already in the 80s, this institution was tolerating such clubs. Just drop the word from your name and embrace your true identity already!

במקום שיש חילול השם אין חולקים כבוד לרב. With all of the explanations and excuses given by some of the leadership, it lacks the basic Mesiras Nefesh required by every Jew, especially by those who stand out as ,"ראשי ישיבה".
Someone needed to say it.
YU Graduate with BA Degree
Seems like a completely reasonable petition
