I am a registered voter in Santa Clara county, and this is an important issue for me. Please drop your lawsuit against the State Water Board over the Bay Delta Water Quality Control Plan.

All life depends on clean fresh water. Please conserve it for humans and the environment, not for wasteful commercial growth.

The Tuolumne is finished as a salmon river because we introduced non-native stripped bass into the Delta near Sacramento years ago, The bass eat 98% of the baby salmon as the salmon migrate to the Pacific Ocean. We should build salmon hatcheries close to the ocean so baby salmon do not have so precarious a trip to the ocean. Or, put salmon hatcheries above New Don Pedro reservoir where bass are fewer and the baby salmon have better chances of surviving the onslaught of the bass. The best available science indicates that 60% unimpaired flow is necessary to fully protect fish and wildlife. Please uphold the values of your constituents and drop this lawsuit.

We need to learn to use less water and to save much more so that we can save our natural ecosystems

Lets cooperate and conserve and pool our financial resources to upgrade water supply and quality in CA. Advance water use tax, bringing fresh supplies into CA, recycling, and conservation education+incentives for all consumers -government (military and civi) , business, and residential.

Let's accelerate recycled water programs instead of suing the State Water Board to grab more water from the environment. This lawsuit in inconsistent with the values of Santa Clara Valley residents!

Valley Water Board of Directors, For a water company that supports water conservation among their customers and encourages good water management practices, filing a lawsuit against the State Water Board is sheer madness! We all need to do our part to manage all water sources reasonably. One very important tool in the management plan is the State's Bay Delta Water Quality Control Plan. I encourage the Board to rethink their position and drop your lawsuit against the California State Water Board. Not doing so will do more harm than good. Respectfully Submitted, Gordon Nathan Resident of Moraga
