Louis didn't do anything that could harass a person. He didn't deserve this but the pap and fan. Kindly arrest Ana Becerra and Bianca Garza.
The video says it all. As what you can see on the video the so-called-fan is still shouting at Louis and Eleanor when the celebs are turned their way to get off them.

What the paparazzi did was wrong in every angle. Louis just did what he thought is the only reasonable thing to do at the moment! Just drop the charges. And leave elounor alone!!

Louis was only defending himself and Eleanor. He tried to ask the paparazzi to stop filming, and he didn't, so he tried to get the camera away from him. Then they both tripped when Louis bent down to get his passport, Louis did not attack him. Then Eleanor was being attacked by two girls after she told them to stop filming, and they didn't. Louis then raced over to Eleanor to help pull the girls off. It's all in the video. No harm was intended to anyone from Louis, he was just trying to defend himself -and his girlfriend, who was being attacked.
