I believe Louis Tomlinson is fairly not guilty henceforth, he should not be charged and he shouldn't be stated guilty.
As per being one of those who watched the video, it was clear that Louis Tomlinson had been upset because of some matters and he was irritated by the paparazzi who had been following him with a camera all around the airport.
Louis just tried to stop the man but he wasn't being a gentleman who listens so Louis was trying to take his camera away but then backed off when he felt like there was no use and so when he was walking away, he stumbled and accidentally fell on the guy with the camera who claims to have got his head because Louis pulled at his leg, he didn't and that statement is absurd because anyone with eyes and a mind can tell that that was an accident.
When Louis stood up, he couldn't help the man because he saw that his girlfriend was being pushed abruptedly by the two girls (supposedly the vitcims) and Eleanor stood there helpless so Louis came to her defence and pulled that girl off of Eleanor, telling her to stay away from his girlfriend.
I'm not posting this statement because I'm a for hard One Direction fan but I'm doing this because there are some people who try to take advantage of the situation to pin point the innocent souls and I'm just standing up for the innocent souls.
Louis is innocent and therefore, the court and the police should let him go and focus on those two girls and that paparazzi who framed him.
