This has been the most disruptive, difficult and frustrating MLS experience. It is NOT user friendly, is NOT intuitive and I honestly, I hate it. I vote to go back to the THEMLS!

Cumbersome, antiquated and the client interface is subpar. We need to go back to The MLS.

FlexMLS is trying too hard to be fancy and slick. It's hard to navigate and the tools don't work the way they should. Reports are unprofessional looking and difficult to read. I am for change. Changing back to TheMLS!

Flex is a step back. Wrong direction. Too much attention was given to the merger and not to the mls system. I have been attacked by members of the board and assaulted by a member. I have been banned from the PSRAR forum where we are exchanging ideas. It is a trumpian organization that doesn’t want to hear from its members. It was more important for the board to be in LA at CAR to be here to deal with issues. I don’t buy the idea that they are doing it from there. I’m now questioning the leadership at PSRAR.

While fixes to the many issues are being implemented the system will remain incredibly cumbersome and not nearly as efficient or professional as TheMLS. Our businesses (as does the existence of the local RE Assoc) depend on a highly functioning and professional MLS. FlexMLS is neither these.

This has been the most disruptive change ever. A great disservice to our clients and the way we are forced to do business now.
Need. Themls.com
Please bring the previous system.
