Swarthmore College has issued more than 25 discipline charges to pro-Palestinian organizers for their activism on campus in a weaponization of the Student Code of Conduct. This unprecedented attack on student activism involved the hiring of an external law firm by the college to investigate and incriminate its own students. Most institutions across the nation have dropped their charges againt student activists for Palestine, while Swarthmore College escelates and makes their intentions of repression clear. Urge Swarthmore College to act in accordance to its quaker roots of justice by dropping their charges against pro-Palestinian student organizers.

Alumn ‘96 Parent of Haverford student ‘26 Alum Bryn Mawr GSSWSR ‘2001 Drop the charges!
I really pray that a school that admits students based on their intellectual and civic engagements will understand that protesting for a population vulnerable and being wiped out by weapons is part of the same civic responsibility and engagement for which they were admitted in addition to their academic potentials.
As the parent of a Swat alumna and daughter of two more, I am appalled by the administration's treatment of students engaging in peaceful protest.
class of 92. disappointed in my alma mater for targeting students instead of listening to them. drop the charges now.
absolutely pathetic move by the administration. leave the students alone and start acting like an actual academic institution.

Class of 2018 - I feel ashamed of Swarthmore's caving to the worst authoritarian instincts of this political moment, and their actions to silence the brave students protesting genocide. Shame on the administration and shame on the board of directors, you are a disgrace to academia. Drop the charges now!
