The liberals are trying to appease the naysayers with this nonsense and it will lead to plenty of challenges. All marijuana Convictions should be %100 expunged from the records of citizens as we legalize the use of it in the coming months. Its abhorrent to think people could still have convictions for pot staining their lives as people around them smoke freely and legally. The government should consider the fact that relieving people of their Pot convictions can help citizens rise economically and pay more of what the government loves more then a pig in Sh** .... TAXES! if its not illegal in 15 months its not illegal AT ALL... So many poor people can't get adequate employment thanks to a conviction that in 15-20 months will be a legal act!... Basket Of Deplorables those liberals are lol
