Section 24A is a very confusing law. It is possible that the persons charged wrongly believed that one is allowed to detain someone under a citizen’s arrest. This would be their defence in the case of false imprisonment. However, the charge of ‘beating’ is entirely untrue. These people are not criminals. They are trying to do a helpful thing and perhaps went about it the wrong way. Please drop these charges or at the very least, apply the mitigating factor stated above for a less severe punishment.

I got 3 gran kids and it scares me to death what's out there for them but it helps there's ppl out there trying to help keep our kids safe well done keep it up

If it wasn’t for these predator exposure groups we wouldn’t know who was living on our streets amongst our children. Peados are sick minded b@&@,’;s and our children are not safe with these people walking the streets.
