It's the view of the majority of the Pennsylvanians that there need to be stricter laws regarding the use of UAV's and drones. A UAV is any unmanned aircraft. Many states have already enacted rules and regulations regarding drones, but to this date, Pennsylvania has not. The Drone Regulation Act will limit UAV speed to a maximum of 65 miles per hour and prohibit UAVs from operating in a 2 miles radius of any airport.
