I Victor E. Cooper a Citizen of Illinois living in Chicago seek and urge other Citizens of Illinois to support (1)ENDING DRIVER'S LICENSING INCLUDING THE REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES AND OTHER FEES ATTACHED (2)ENDING MANDATORY INSURANCE (3) ENDING SEAT BELT LAW The Citizens of Illinois are not the property of the State of Illinois and have every right to travel on tax paid for roads which belong to the people. Driver's licensing restricts the right to travel. Registration of motor vehicles is an invasion of privacy and therefore should be optional. Citizens of Illinois should not have to register their personal belongs with any government entity. Force to do so is dictatorial. Mandatory insurance is dictatorial. Forcing citizens to purchase auto insurance empowers and enriches the insurance companies. Forcing citizens to purchase auto insurance eliminates the freedom of choice. During a recession, tax paying citizens face a pitfall of occurring fines from the government if they're caught without auto insurance they cannot afford. Choosing not to wear a seat belt does not endanger the next motorist on the road. To wear the seat belt or not is a matter of choice. The seat belt law is dictatorial and needs to be removed from the books. It is apparent that (1)Driver's licensing (2)Mandatory Insurance and (3)The Seat belt law are legislation that empower corporations and the bureaucrats in public office. In practice these laws appear have nothing to do with safety. These laws serve as a veil to overshadow the real stealth agenda corporations and bureaucrats have in mind. I urge the Citizens of Illinois to end (1)Driver's Licensing (2)Mandatory Insurance (3)The seat belt law.
