Change speed limit on all roads in Grand to 25 mph. We are retired…slow down and save lives. 35 means 45 is ok. It’s not.

We need to strictly enforce traffic regulations in our community. We have public streets which means anyone can drive in and around our community. Too many accidents and injuries and deaths. We need more traffic lights, not just stop signs on the busy intersection. We all know where they are needed. Remove the left turn at Bell Rd onto Sunrise Blvd. That alone will help ALOT!

The speeding needs to stop. How many of the speeders going through Grand are non residents taking a short cut through our homes? Could we close the entrance on Cotton? That would sure help slow down the influx of outside traffic.

I think the posted speeds should be enforced either by the development or police. Our development should not be used as a short cut to the outside residents in Surprise. Cross walks need stop lights to ensure safe crossing, as well as all 4-way stops should be removed and stop lights put in place of them. As a regular walker, I feel a bit vulnerable to the car traffic. Safety is of the utmost importance to my husband and I as a homeowners in The Grand!

I am an e-bike rider and Grand has forced me off the Grand trails which makes my daily e-bike ride much more dangerous

I live on the speedway if Shadow Mountain and the cars, trucks, delivery vehicles go 49-50 mph. So many vehicles also do not obey the 4 way stop of Mtn View and Shadow Mtn.

Agree. I can see the Bell/Sunrise entrance from my patio. There's a lot of none residents cutting through to Grand or workers speeding in first thing in the morning. They're definitely going over 50 mph figuring no one's around. The problem is also the noise from the accelerating/racing.

We have multiple people speeding down our road every day. Most people do not know the speed limit on our residential streets is 25 mph. We need speed cameras or at least speed limit signs

People use Sunrise Blvd from other communities not living in the Grand to go around traffic on the 303 and Grand Ave Speeding like crazy and blowing through Stop signs

I’ve almost been hit by drivers running the stop sign where I exit my neighborhood. There are too many folks living here who should surrender their licenses.

There are too many people who think the traffic laws don’t apply to them. Daily I see people running stop signs in vehicles and on bicycles. I’ve been almost hit walking as well as in my vehicle. Add to that the speeding in this development, it’s a recipe for disaster.
