Well said lads! I am 44 and a father of 2 teenage children. Both are 17 and 15 respectively and are so fond of driving that my elder son took the car out for a spin without asking anyone! later, i got to know about it but i never scolded him, rather, i started giving him some lessons on driving and now he drives everyday with me. These people who have published this petition have done a great job. Others just keep talking but these lads are making it work! Hats off buddies :) I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH ALL OF THIS CONTENT, ATLEAST PEOPLE ABOVE 16 *who are mature enough* SHOULD BE GIVEN THE LEARNER'S LICENSE after conducting some serious tests, both practical and theory. Lets Make it work people, lets do it.

Why isn't this viral yet? These petition needs more recognition and it's worth it. Whoever thought of this is a genius,and had balls big enough to take this step. Make it happen guys, it'll be in favour of everyone.

Hats off to you people! I've thinking of this from so long but never managed to take such a step. I completely agree with it. This should be done and india does need a change now. America, canada, europe all are developing but indian is behind. Same case with marijuana. America legalised it in 21 states because they know the medical reasons behind it. Why can't india do the same? We have the right to speech, to expression, to speak what we feel like and get changes in the govt. again, hats off to you people who made this petition.

I think 90% of the teenagers will agree to this petition. It's just that all of us need to stand and speak for our right. After all, all of us know that India is a democratic country and we as citizens have the right of freedom of expression and speech. Hats off to you guys for raising this topic and building up confidence in us. I appreciate this a lot . Good work. let's just cross our fingers and hope for the best . ☺
