Management continues to bury their heads in the sand while this momentum grows. They are terrified of us reclaiming our time but they cannot ignore this force much longer.

FINALLY. We spend 40 hours a week together staring at screens, it would be nice to actually have a beer once in a while.
it would really help with the stress honestly. long weeks deserve a cold drink with the team.

Get this sorted. Morale is dead and a few drinks would definitely pick things up around here.
