Opposition to Proposed Southwood DRI and PUD Amendments

Proper vetting of these amendments should be in place for owners in the community. Language that is understood by all and not requires interpretation.

I oppose the proposed changes

St Joe should be required to complete the road infrastructure as stipulated in the original DRI.

Orange Ave should have been reconstructed YEARS ago. Pushing this off to 2038 is totally and completely incomprehensible

For the community and safety of our neighborhood we can’t have house built in the road. We also desperately need a second club house. We have a very large neighborhood

Our community desperately needs more communal space. In particular, a pool. There are too many people in the neighborhood for a single community pool. This is an issue of hygiene and safety.

We need more amenities. The amount of people we have in this community for one pool is ridiculous

I am in opposition of the proposed delay in the completion dates for our internal transportation network. I also oppose the proposal to rezone and convert the NVC unit to pure residential uses (MDR).

We need the arterial roads completed in the original time frame for the safety of our community.
