We, the undersigned, ask for Dr. Hao T. Hoang's Auditing Case by Safeguard Services, L.LC. to be terminated on the basis of
humanitarian grounds.
Safeguard Services has been auditing Dr. Hao T. Hoang, D.P.M. for over a period of two years generating difficulties to all Medicare Beneficiaries as well as Dr. Hoang's office. All Medicare Beneficiaries who are also Dr. Hoang's patients are currently not being able to continue receiving the medical treatment care that Dr. Hoang has been rendering for years due to all claim denials from Safeguard. All patients are suffering from extremely painful feet and difficulties to perform daily life chores. It is unacceptable that Safeguard, L.L.C. has been auditing Dr. Hoang for over a long time period without furnishing a final reason for all reimbursement denials. We urge your attention on Dr. Hoang's case which is causing a detrimental impact on all Medicare Beneficiaries’ long-term health as well as the unethical manage care tactics of auditing performed by Safeguard Services, L.L.C. Dr. Hoang and Dr. Hoang’s patients, which consists of U.S. Senior citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents are all suffering from this unjust long period auditing.
