this is a petiton to change the dress code for leggings for bedford junior high. The dress code for leggings is to harsh, because it does not make sense if we have to wear a shirt mid thy with leggings, but can wear a shorter shirt with tight skinny jeans with rips. We think that the leggigng dress code should be that you shirt has to at least cover your butt.
