I personally am not affected by the dress code but I know people who are and they get sent home because of it.

Me signing this petition does not mean I would like to wear derogatory or profanity written clothing , I would like to see a change in how the dress code is carried out especially to special privilege children . Also , by signing this I believe a school system should not make sexual trophies out of females .

Dress codes are made so that boys can concentrate, but what about the girls feeling shame when they are told that their shoulders showing makes them look "inappropriate"

I once wore rainbow shoe laces to school and was told to change the laces for the next school day? What the heck. Also, what's wrong with my shoulders? Are they too attractive for someone to lose focus on their education?

There's nothing wrong with a little shoulder or leg I could understand if people came in under garments

I feel like we should wear whatever we want. I understand not wearing some stuff because it shows to much but if our shoulders are showing that should be okay and we shouldn't be shamed to wear shirts that show shoulders !

The dress code should not target women or their bodies.

College has no dress code and aside from shorts and tank tops you'd be amazed at how people still come respectably dressed. Do away with dress code in all county's!

What students wear shouldn't affect others it identifies them and shows who they are
