I think this should be changed because girls should be allowed to express their feelings of their own body. And it their choice to wear what they want.

I mean they didn't really enforce the dress code last year and so I doubt they'll enforce it this year, but it still stands that the dress code is completely sexist and shows that the people who conduct it care more about a girl's body affecting guys than the girl's education. Feminism and all am I right?

Our dress code is insane! I don't understand the fact how we will distract people by them seeing our thighs our our shoulders. I understand the lady parts but seriously we aren't just gonna come to school in a sports bra and spandex. We will wear clothes! I can't even wear mid thigh shorts without a teacher sending me to the office. I can't even wear a decent tank top without a warning it's summer and we are blazing hot in 100 degree weather having to wear jeans or a giant t shirt. I am so done with the fact that girls with long legs can't wear something maybe just a little bit above mid thigh or anything.

'Cover up ladies!' Jesus I've heard that to many times. What do they say to men? Nothing. COME ON! us Ladies do cover up. Yes I get the fact that you don't want girl showing up to school like slut but you had to take it far with fingertip which basically goes down to our knees. And bra straps. Do you want us covering up and not let out breasts hanging out of our shirts or do you want us to cover up? Why do they have to put girl up for what they wear to distract guys. Really. Wearing a bra strap is gonna distract a guy from learning. Or your shirt isn't so long for you leggings. This whole 'distraction from learning' bull crap is stupid. Your basically calling all girls a distraction. WE NEED OUR WOMAN RIGHTS!

Do not teach young girls to be ashamed of their bodies and do not label them as sexual objects. Teach them empowerment as you already over-teach it to hypermasculine boys. Let young women wear what they'd like and do not shame them for baring their skin in hot weather!

It is pretty stupid hoe your not aloud to where just a little short and instead having to make it like 2 foot long shorts everyday in 100 degree heat
