As conservatives, we believe the DREAM Act is crucial for the Latino community and the future support of the Republican Party. The DREAM Act has always been a Republican legislation, as it was originally introduced in 2001 by Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT). We must ensure that our party take part in passing this important legislation.
