Parkers Point neighborhood is going to be ruined by Dream homes. They failed 4 years ago with a 58 townhouses 2 bedroom. Planning board suggests going smaller. They Failed again four years ago.

Now 4 years later they are trying to put a mini town behind us. With NOW 68 townhouses 3 bedrooms now.

This will add at least 272 people in a small area plus over 400 cars cramped it. They have no plans for parking, snow removal & garbage. These townhouses has a garage that you can drive into but not open car door fully. Which most likely will lead to them making into 4 bedroom and nothing is stopping the new owners. THESE plans now have an entire walking path included from Woodlawn dr to Salt spray is what we were told. So the 200ft isn't really even protect. We will be lucky to have 50ft. This walking path will invite anyone from route 9 to walk right to our backyards. This project will affect our entire neighborhood. Whose stopping from walking past us to you. Security of this neighborhood will be gone.
