The CGA, on behalf of the Congolese people, calls on you 
to end the atrocities and rape of Congolese women.   
Since 1998, conflicts in the Democratic Republic of Congo
 had decimated 5.4 million lives. It is time to cease 
the atrocities, rape and help the DRC move forward into 
a society where social justice and human rights prevails. 
We urge the US Government and the UN to create an
 “International Tribunal Court for the Democratic 
Republic of Congo” and bring justice to the ones who
 have lost parents and relatives in what is called and 
 considered the worst tragedy in history since 
World War two…
