U grade, how have some people from this new year of as results gotten U grades. Did these people stand still, did these people not say anything? No? I'll tell you why! The grade boundaries got raised by 2 grades! And why? Because the government and society think that drama is easy! Well I say why don't you come and do it! Not only this, drama is now being cut from GCSEs and not counting as an alevel in 5 years time! Group team work, working with people you dont nessecarily like and listening and learning are all key qualities to have. Is cutting a subject like this or saying it doesn't count really the smartest thing to do? What about the people who want to be actors or actresses and the only way they can get into a college that studies that is through a drama scholarship? I want to change this and raise awareness that the grade boundaries should have been kept the same this year. I have also found out that people whom did not perform got their predicted grade which was much higher than any of the reviewed grades from our school. Not one person got an A or an B and when we got the grades re marked, not one out of 24 got changed? Something is not right and I want to change this!
