This petition is created in order to support Dr. Sara Aghamohammadi's application for the position of Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) for UC Davis Health (UCDH). Dr. Aghamohammadi has always been a wellness champion for those around her and is currently the director of the pediatric department wellness committee. She has led several wellness initiatives and has had a major impact on the entire pediatric department. She would thrive in this position and would take the wellness culture at UCDH to a whole new level. We wholeheartedly support Dr. Aghamohammadi's application for the CWO position for UCDH!

I just spent the morning reading through the latest notes you all left and honestly it hits me how much people really believe in Sara and her vision for UCDH especially with all the burnout stories I keep hearing lately. It is wild that something started as a simple idea is feeling so heavy and important now because everyone just wants things to get better for the staff.

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so quickly but here we are and it is genuinely wild to see so many people backing Sara. I keep refreshing the page just to see who else is hopping on board because it really warms my heart to know I am not the only one who thinks she is the perfect fit for this shift at UCDH.

Dr. Aghamohammadi has done a phenomenal job leading wellness in Pediatrics along with Dr. Mitch Ratanasen. They have made sure the Department had a positive morale during the pandemic.
Dr. Sara Aghamohammadi is a great asset to the Support U team and as an attending physician in the Pediatric ICU is supportive and committed to the well-being of staff and patients alike. Sara is an outstanding candidate for the position of Chief Wellness Officer.
Dr. Aghamohammadi has done a wonderful job leading the Department of Pediatrics' wellness efforts, including wellness retreats for our pediatric residents! She is a champion for physician and staff wellness!
Dr. A will be a great wellness officer - she led a wellness session for our intern retreat that was very effective and brought us together as a class. She is a very inspiring doctor.
As a resident who has worked with Dr. Aghamohammadi many times, I wholeheartedly support her for Chief Wellness Officer. Dr. A models and encourages wellness for staff. Her kind and compassionate spirit would be ideal for the position.
Dr. Aghamohammadi would be great in this role! Her dedication to clinician wellness in the dept. of pediatrics has been amazing. She has creative and innovative ideas and is great advocate for clinicians.

I support Dr. Aghamohammadi as Chief Wellness Officer. She has a full life outside of her work as an intensivist and would have perspective for those of us searching for such balance.
