We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the National Hemophilia Foundation publically affirm the award bestowed upon Dr. Osvaldo Wesly at the 66th Annual Meeting of the National Hemophilia Foundation.

In addition, we request that NHF identify and sanction those individuals or member organizations responsible for attempting to impugn Dr. Wesly's professional reputation.
