Dr. Lyn Mangiameli was assigned to evaluate my competency. The problem was that my former attorney had threatened to tamper with any evaluation. My children are being sexually abused and the attorney is trying to conceal the misconduct.

Dr. Lyn Mangiameli went ahead and filed into the court record a report that indicated that I was mentally incompetent. I did not give him my consent. I didn't even participate or meet him.

Any determination needs to be done utilizing empirically valid assessments.

I preemptively filed a complaint with the California Board of Psychology. I gave all the details of child molestation and noted that any false determination would affect my standing to protect them.

Dr. Lyn Mangiameli went ahead and filed a report, anyhow. He wrote that because I reported the sexual abuse of my children, it may indicate psychiatric difficulties.

He didn't care how it would affect my kids, nor that a pedophile has unfettered access to children at several schools and at a church nursery.

I call on Dr. Lyn Mangiameli immediately to retract his report.
