Gay marriage is a right, not a law. We should not allow a right we once had to be TAKEN AWAY from us... they should only be given. For those who didn't know about Prop 8, those who couldn't vote, and those who voted 'yes', it's about time you realize that gay marriage is a right and take it for yourself or leave it, but don't deny others their chance. Prop 8 banned gay marriage in the state of California. Prop 2 banned gay marriage in Florida and it's also banned in Arizona. This isn't including the other 24 states that ban gay marriage. Especially after this years elections and the history it made, we can not allow ourselves to step BACK in time this way. Not only is it UNCONSTITUTIONAL for them to discriminate against gay couples and gay people in general, but it is morally wrong. This isn't just for Prop 8. It's for all of the states affected by this recent ban. That is one of the reasons why we need to work even harder at obtaining more signatures. We're fighting for many more people than you thought. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA OR EVEN FLORIDA OR ARIZONA! If you want, though, leave your location in the comments. AND YOU DONT HAVE TO DONATE!
