Downtown Turn-Around!

City makes home owners keep up with their property same should go for these buildings fix em or tear them down

I have pre teen boys and would love to see somewhere safe and fun for them to go hangout with there friends and be safe !!

I agree, remodeling or getting rid of these abandoned buildings will prevent another tragedy.

they really should eather fix the building or take it down.no more people should die because someone abandon the building.secure the building it has to be locked its not safe.

Midland does need more things to do for teens , haven't talked to John in about a year but still hits home ..

Good luck hun!

Prayers for the family and hope they can take the building down or do something

I agree 100%

Agree!!! We definitely need to get rid of the abandoned buildings downtown. We also really need more entertainment for the kids. We have a zillion restaurants but nothing for the kids. Maybe a trampoline jump place, miniature golf/ go carts ( that stays open for more than a year), main event. Yes I know we have a gattis and chuck e cheese but the games never work. Definitely entertainment for kids and family and definitely get rid of the abandoned buildings downtown.

Goodluck!

i would love to have new things to do around midland, once 8-9 pm hits, most places close and there is not much to do. places to hang out that are safe would be amazing to see.

I think we should build all da abandoned buildings to a safer place

Hope they do something about it

Good job keep it up

John was my friend and he died doing something he loved (playing airsoft) I think we should turn the building into an airsoft arena

I really want a downtown indoor sports place where all sports can be played inside the building

Every community deserves the opportunity to change for the better.

I believe the same as well

I really do hope this comes true for the sake of everyone

I hope we can bring a needed change so no more deaths or accidents happen and no one's put in danger.
