We believe that the mini-roundabout that was removed from the junction of Downs Road and Treadwell Road, Epsom, should be re-instated. The number of accidents and near-misses has been very high and we don't agree there should have to be a fatality before this is done. Residents are also having to cope with vehicles travelling at excessive speeds, a situation exacerbated by the removal of the roundabout.
