A PETITION IN FAVOR OF REVERSING GENERAL MOTORS DECISION TO TERMINATE THE FRANCHISE RIGHTS OF DOUG RICHERT PONTIAC-CADILLAC OF TOPEKA, KANSAS We, the undersigned, loyal customers and supporters of DOUG RICHERT PONTIAC-CADILLAC, 1900 S. Topeka Boulevard, Topeka, KS 66612 are in favor of the following: General Motors should reverse its decision to terminate the franchise rights of DOUG RICHERT PONTIAC-CADILLAC! We believe the Doug Richert dealership is now, and has been since its inception in 2001, an integral part of this community! We believe that Doug Richert and his entire staff have conducted their business affairs in a manner that should make General Motors proud to have DOUG RICHERT PONTIAC-CADILLAC as a franchisee. While we understand that the Pontiac brand has been discontinued, we firmly believe that Topeka, the capital city of Kansas, should continue to have a Cadillac dealership to provide sales, parts, and service to the many loyal Cadillac customers that have purchased vehicles in this community from the Doug Richert dealership during the past eight years. I have personally signed this petition. I am a customer, or supporter, of DOUG RICHERT PONTIAC-CADILLAC, Topeka, Kansas and my residence address is correctly written after my name.
