I support the Douglas County School
Board's Option Certificate Program.
The purposes of this program are to provide greater educational choice for
students and parents, improve educational performance through competition, and
obtain a high return on investment of DCSD educational spending.
The program will establish an education system within the District that maximizes
choice, celebrates freedom, improves quality through competition, promotes
excellence, and recognizes that the interests of students and parents are
paramount.
