Our proposed policy is a very important one. This policy doubles the time in jail for those who human traffic minors. We are more concerned with minors then adults because kids have a lasting impact on their young minds. It is very important to support this policy because then some traffickers will lay off the little kids. Some traffickers won't even think of trafficking these minors because they know the consequence. They know that if they hurt these kids, use them for prostitution, or make them do hard labor work then they will spend 40 years in jail. Parents will be much more comfortable knowing their kids are safer and the minors will feel the same.
