wHY IS IT THAT EVERY NARROW ROAD DOSEN'T HAVE YELLOW LINES , MEANING THAT THERE IS CARS PARKED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD, YET, IF IT'S A WIDE ROAD, THERE are YELLOW LINES, MEANING IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO PARK WHERE YOU WANT! tHE ROADS AROUND THE "BACK DOUBLES" OF sUTTON AND bELMONT ARE LIKE THIS, TOO (ON THE S1 BUS ROUTE).

Accident waiting to happen, double yellow lines are needed.

Double yellow lines are definitely needed on this road. It's a nightmare with the parked cars and creates a dreadful hold up especially when a coach is coming towards you!

Thanks for setting this. something really has to be done to stop cars parking there as it causes big delays and increases the risk of accidents.

I have witnessed many near misses along that stretch of road. Thank God there have been no accidents (to my knowledge). I am fearful for everyone who drives, and walks along that section of Garratts Lane. The people who park their cars there clearly have no regard for safety and sensible road use. Parking restrictions must be put in place.

this adds at least ten minutes on to my journey daily, the oncoming array of traffic are also on a deadline to get somewhere and I do not blame them in a sense that they are not so Leniant in letting us go.
Let's hope this has an affect

Needed ASAP an accident in the waiting!!!! Traffic chaos throughout the day in both directions & flow onto high street & down Court Road! Maybe dropped pavements in Shrubland Road to allow better parking for residents?

Particulary bad in the mornings, especially this last month.
There have been 4 or 5 parked in a row, which makes it a long wait to get by safely

Cars parked in Garretts Lane cause major traffic jams. Drivers become impatient whilst waiting to pass. Parking there is inconsiderate and a hazard, it's a very busy road also used by school children.

I live on bolters lane by Garrett lane and it's taking 15 mins to get through those lights. This needs to happen.
