Day of the Tentacle was one of the best and most influential adventure games of all time and holds a place close to the heart of many gamers. It nailed all the core ingredients of the genre, brilliant characters, laugh out loud humour and just the right balance of difficulty in its' puzzles. Now breaking news says that when Disney bought out Lucasarts (and it's subsidiaries) they cancelled an as yet unannounced HD remake of Day of the Tentacle. We, the fans of this incredible adventure game implore Disney to reconsider and finish this project and allow us to relive this fantastic piece of gaming history as well as allow a whole new audience to appreciate it.
