Rather simple. Tired of None-speaking English Brazilians and Russians ruining every and all games on the US servers. There is no reason for them to play on the US servers when they have their own, I understand they have some US friend they want to play with. So have the US players go play on their servers and not on ours. I am constantly having to report players for ruining games because they do not speak/write/understand the English language. This cause a lack communication, lack of coordination and teamwork BECAUSE of the language gap. Any IP caught bypassing this "Region Lock" should receive a week ban Automatically, second offense is 1 month, third offense is perma ban. I expect Valve to give proper customer service on this manner,ill-regardless of how they feel on players not being restricted. This type of gap in communication only breeds a trolling type community, more so then what it is now.
