Server lock the 2 countries to their own servers.

Making servers for South America and Russia did not work. I'm still getting Brazillians in my games that are really bad at the game and annoying. 

Just as an example I picked Krobelus today and said I would go mid, A brazillian picks Invoker after that and says "ahueahue krob nob go top" he than proceeded to talk to his friends in his language something along the lines of "gringo". Now I've seen the movie "Get the Gringo" and I don't think that means teammate. He than proceeded to lose mid lane to an Ogre Magi who finished with an Eul's and an Aghs. I was stuck top on the long lane with a CK and a Lich when the Dark Seer was jungling. I didn't die during the laning phase at all but I kept saying in the chat "CK freefarm top". We ended up losing pretty quickly. 

Now I believe I'm not the only one with a story like this. So please for the love of this game stick the BR's and Russians to their own server.
