WE BOUGHT HERE BECAUSE IT WAS LOW DENSITY. STOP CRAMMING MORE HOUSES INTO SMALL LOTS JUST FOR PROFIT. DOSS FERRY IS ALREADY TOO CROWDED.

The traffic is already a nightmare at the entrance. Adding more homes without widening the road is a huge mistake for all of us living here.

The infrastructure of the subdivision cannot support an additional 270 houses even if adding another entrance. This will create an unsafe environment for the residents and their children.

I will not agree to more homes in doss Ferry unless the amount of homes of equal to the acreage being used, and there are new amenities such as a new club house, pool, play ground, and common areas. Also the street size from curb to curb must be equal to Ambrose.
