Why; because Jason thinks he can use his political loopholes to place the back end of an 18 wheel truck & trailer with 10 foot X 20 foot banners with pictures of himself on the corner of Mt. Rose Highway and Fawn Lane in Reno.

We feel seriously that Mt. Rose is a scenic highway and trash like this does not belong in our community. Some of us have asked him to remove the trailer and the banners but he has ignored us. Jason obviously does not understand our community and how we value our Quality of Life here in Galena and in the Mt. Rose corridor and so we doubt that he can effectively represent us. Jason seems to assume that you should vote for the person with the most signs and or BIGGEST signs.

Not only is the presentation totally unacceptable but Jason doesn’t even have decency to go and fix the banners that are being blown half off the ugly trailer by the winds. They are now half off and half on the trailer. If he feels this is the look that we want for our community then he is seriously wrong and so should not be elected to he position.

Further to that, the Washoe County Code Enforcement has issued the property owner at 15100 Fawn Lane a Warning Letter (around April 8th) to remove the trailer within 30 days; and yet it still sits there. We assume that Jason will wait the full 30 days before he removes it and or he hopes to find some other political loophole that will allow him to continue to trash up Mt. Rose and the Scenic Highway.

The next step for the Washoe County Code Enforcement is to issue a Penalty Notice with fines to the property owner; then if the trailer is still not removed; more fines will be applied until the property owner or Jason gives in.

We also think that we all should all protest this trailer and sign by honking our horns as we go by the property until it is removed.
