They have been trying this for years they privatised domestic staff years ago and it was the biggest mastake they made so came back in house so they don't learn by their mistakes

Please don’t privatise our NHS. It’s a part of civilisation and intrinsic to our welfare state. We do not want to turn our back on the poor. Our Country has enough money to provide healthcare for all.

This Wholly Owned Company idea is both unethical and immoral. It has the Conservative party values stamped all over it. Shame on the trust board!

We need a public NHS with public staff for public services to achieve health for all UK citizens as public good.

This is a fiddle designed to disadvantage staff and prepare the way for full privatisation.

As a trade union member, nhs worker and Leeds resident I am appalled by the plan to create a separate employment structure for these ancillary staff. I know that other trusts have made similar proposals eg in Keighley but as a former ancillary worker I understand that a lot of the quality of work done is due to a feeling it benefits the public good rather than a private pocket. Im sure managers, consultants and pharmaceutical companies are still receiving the finances they demand from the nhs so why should large numbers of our hard working colleagues be treated so shabbily.

Staff. Must be aware that their terms and conditions will not stay the same despite what the management tell them. The only way to stop it industrial action.

I am absolutely incensed that this is even being considered. I've seen the results of this. Staff are usually tupied over and after a period of time they end up worse off. The companies who get the contract often put restrictions on what the employee's can do resulting in an inferior service than before. Meanwhile making profits that should be going into the NHS. That's not why I provide my services free as a volunteer at Leeds Teaching Hospital's.
