I dont want this for the NHS. . .Its so wrong to create a two tier workforce and take money of the lowest paid. . .there is so much wrong about it

I do not agree with this proposal as it will create a two tier workforce and thus inevitably causes friction in an already stressful work environment

Do not let this happen! It's divisive, destructive and all about money. No thought for patient care or staff morale.

We need the angels who work for nhs to stay truly with the nhs not farmed out like cows

This has happened before, and people lost their jobs, you can't keep trying to pull the wool over people's eyes, they just won't keep falling for it.

This happened to me 22 years ago when BT sold my group off under TUPE. Don't believe the smooth words the managers are saying now. Once you've moved they will spin all sorts of scare stories to get you to voluntarily sign away your terms and conditions.

I failed to see how this Empowers staff, it certainly is not Fair or Collaborative and unlikoto enhance Patient-centred care. I hope those responsible are held Accountable. Shame on you Julian Hartley.

Estates and facilities have always been apart of the nhs team that should never change. They are a big part of the nhs.

I was wrong when I said things are changing and it’s not all about money and targets anymore. It so still is. No honour no integrity no people first. To see the future just look into the past and not how this affects your career. People work hard for patients they deserve to feel part of the organisation delivering the treatment as it’s all care. Let’s privatise the monitors and so called regulators etc instead please God let’s do that.

Sadened to hear that Julian Hartley and his fellow directors are planning to treat their hardworking loyal staff this way, shame on you. It makes me wonder how they really treat patients when they fail to look after their own staff. I wish I hadn't donated to the trust now, I certainly won't be fundraising anymore if they plough on with their disgraceful plans.
