As an ex employee of LGI. Please dont do this, these contract employees do not have the same loyalty as trust employees have.

I used to work at st. James hospital (for 4 years) as a ward house keeper and can I just say that each and every member of staff worked so hard, they missed breaks and lunch sometimes, they arrieved to work early and always left late. I worked on ward 45 and and I have never come across such a hard working dedicated team. If my personal circumstances were different I would of still been there now. So to take away some of their holidays and enhancements is so so wrong you will probably end up losing some fantastic team members. You All do a fantastic job and keep up the excellent work!

I joined the NHS to be part of a good cause, now being told I'm not going to be employed by NHS no more and not happy about this at all!
