This petition is to save another man from getting a life sentence or any harsh sentence when no persons were killed, shot or stabbed. This African American man needs a lesser sentence with treatment and counseling so that he can be a better citizen and an example to others in a positive way. He has health issues that aren't addressed properly being a type 2 diabetic and a stroke survivor and also a drug addiction. We need to not let the legal system lock him up and throw away.
